- How does the family discount work?
- Each member on the same household account gets a percentage off. The first two are 10% off; the third member and beyond are 20% off. Discounts stack across members.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Month-to-month autopay, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Your final 30 days are charged on the day you cancel, pro-rated to your billing cycle.
- Can I freeze my membership?
- Yes — members can hold their membership for up to 90 days. Access pauses immediately and your spot is held when you come back.
